HOA Annual Election

The election held at the annual meeting on 3/21 fell 12 ballots shy of reaching quorum. Ballots were mailed  out in early March. If you have not yet voted, please do so now so the election can be finalized. The instructions for returning your ballot was

 included in the mailed with the ballot itself. Please help us finalize the election so the 2024-25 Board of Directors can be seated. Thanks!

WEEDS!
Temperatures are warming up and winter / early spring weeds (like wild onion) are starting to pop up all over the place. This is a reminder that by association rules, those weeds that are visible from the street need to be taken care of... so please pick, spray, or mow them flat. Thanks!

Trash Cans
Just a reminder to put your trash cans away in your garage, side or back yard after they've been emptied. Of late many have been left empty at the curb for days after trash collection has been completed. Not only is this unsightly, but it's one more thing for cars to dodge... or for the high winds we tend to get to blow over or down the street.
